Enjoy seamless and swift transactions with our trusted services. We have now set a fixed exchange rate of 185 JMD per USD and an additional service fee of 1,000 JMD. Please note that both the exchange rate and service fee are subject to change.
Deriv offers complex derivatives, such as options and contracts for difference (“CFDs”). These products may not be suitable for all clients, and trading them puts you at risk. Please make sure that you understand the following risks before trading Deriv products: a) you may lose some or all of the money you invest in the trade, b) if your trade involves currency conversion, exchange rates will affect your profit and loss. You should never trade with borrowed money or with money that you cannot afford to lose.
If you're a new customer, start by requesting a quote. Existing customers can contact us through their preferred communication method. Declare the amount you need to deposit and choose your payment method.
We will provide you with a quotation based on the amount and payment method you choose. If you agree to the quotation, we will proceed to the next step.
Provide us with the CR number for the Deriv account you wish to top-up. This is essential for us to process your deposit accurately.
We will then send you the payment information. Note that our service charges are included in the quotation. Once you make the payment, we will proceed with the deposit.
Since the deposits are done manually, it can take up to 45 minutes to complete, depending on the queue and the amount of deposit for that day. After receiving your payment, we will process the deposit to your Deriv account.
You will receive a confirmation email from Deriv immediately after the deposit is completed, ensuring transparency and security.
